My musical experience began at an early age. I learned to play guitar, saxophone and later the piano. I attended Northeast Alabama Technical College on a jazz scholarship playing saxophone. During my freshman year I began tuning pianos with a little instruction from other technicians. Traveling and tuning for friends and family I found I had a great ear and practiced many years before beginning my business. I have worked under great technicians locally and received factory training. I have installed hundreds of player piano systems and tuned tens of thousands of pianos since my beginnings. I have provided piano service for many artist which is always a treat. I have worked shows with Doc Severson, Joe Jackson, Harry Conic Jr, Little Richard, Bob Dylan, Lyle Lovett, Jason D Williams, Kenny G, Art Garfunkel, Jim Brickman, Ronnie Millsap, and Dave Brubeck. I also have had the opportunity to work with many Steinway and Baldwin artist at venues like the Tivoli Theater, Riverbend Music Festival, CSO, String Theory and many others. I'm fortunate to have many churches, schools, universities, studios, teaches, dealers and individuals that have made my service a success. I pride myself on quality service and giving extra value and courteous service. Thank you to all my customers and colleagues that keep me close to the music.
