Hello my name is Robert Sims. I have been tuning and repairing instruments for over 40 years. I have over three decades of experience in piano technology. I currently provide service for Southern University, Chattanooga Symphony and Orchestra, The Tivoli Theater Foundation, Friends of the Festival, Summitt Pianos, Mountain Music and many churches, schools and private events.

I serve the Chattanooga area! If you need a phone quote it's free! Forward piano type and serial number with pictures of the piano your looking for service or information on and I can give you a general idea of service and cost that may be needed. Many antique, neglected or free pianos can be serviced but it may be cost prohibitive. I do my best to help everyone save money when I can! Sometimes replacement makes much more sense than overhauling an old piano. The piano industry has been shrinking for almost 100 years now with no end in sight. This trend is expected to continue. I am very fortunate to have a career I love! Thank you Chattanooga for making my small business a success.
I also offer player piano service on old and new digital units. I have been installing Pianodisc and QRS pianomation systems over 25 years. Myself being a woodwind player I do offer band instrument service through Mountain Music. I do not move pianos! I use Piano Movers Plus for all my moving needs.
